Fernando is completely convinced that wine is created in the vineyard. So, he does the vast majority of his craftsmanship there – nurturing the grapes and cultivating their future. One of Spain’s premier grape experts, he serves as technical director as well so he can direct the process from start to finish. This is not a business for the Toribio family; this is their passion.
