Climate & Soil: 741 acres across two estates: Don Rodgrigo and El Cubillo. Don Rodrigo’s microclimate is produced by the north-south direction of a creek and it’s altitude. Particularly deep soil with clay and sedimentary with some slate. El Cubillo is situated in the fertile Guadajira river plain with a more temperate climate, cool with pebbles and sand.
